On Thursday 23rd February local and regional businesses with their guests descended on the club’s Stanley Stephenson Lounge to welcome Paul Merson as the guest speaker for the 2017 CPFC February Sporting Dinner event.
Paul engaged the evening’s attendees with hugely entertaining anecdotes from his time managing and playing, as well as with a very honest take on some of his off the field challenges. Paul was joined on the top table by Sammy Lee and Connor Wickham, as well as comedian Aaron James who capped off the evening with a superb comedy act. The night’s proceedings were expertly guided by long serving Palace fan favourite, Barry Williams.
The February Sporting Dinner was kindly sponsored by Rudridge and their guests were joined pre-event in the boardroom with the evening’s top table guests for their private VIP reception.
All proceeds from the evening are being donated to the CPFC Youth Academy, and the club would like to thank Rudridge as well as all other businesses who kindly supported and enjoyed this event whilst simultaneously looking after their clients, staff and guests.
The CPFC Summer Sporting Dinners will be taking place on the 10th and 11th May. To be kept informed of the details for these events once they are confirmed, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 020 8768 6010/6011.
