Palace boss Sam Allardyce has named an unchanged side for today’s game against Sunderland, as he repays the faith in the same XI that beat Bournemouth in midweek.
That means that deadline day signing Mamadou Sakho has to make do with a place on the bench, while Luka Milivojevic misses out as he awaits his work permit. Meanwhile Patrick van Aanholt makes his home debut against the club that he signed from earlier in the week.
Sunderland meanwhile have made two changes from their side after drawing 0-0 with Tottenham Hotspur on Tuesday, with new signing Bryan Oviedo given a debut ahead of Javier Manquillo.
The other alteration sees Adnan Januzaj come in for Fabio Borini, while Wahbi Khazri is on the bench after returning from the Africa Cup of Nations, alongside another new recruit in Darron Gibson.
