Sam's Survival Target

16 March 2017

Sam Allardyce takes his side into the final eleven games of the season with a clear target to get enough points in those closing weeks of the season to finish at the top of a mini-league table of seven teams.

In his eagles.cpfc.co.uk exclusive interview this week he responded to a question about his aims for the final run in with a clear plan of where he wants to finish after 38 games.

“We need to finish top of a league of seven at the bottom of the table and even one or two above that may drop in if we continue with good results, or Leicester and Swansea continue to pick up victories.

“This would drag one or two more into the group but to try and finish at the top of that bottom seven is our aim and that would be fantastic .”
