Team News: Sakho Starts At City

Roy Hodgson has made changes to the side that was on duty in the defeat last weekend against Southampton.

Timothy Fosu-Mensah comes in for Joel Ward whilst Mamadou Sakho starts his first Premier League game since his permenant move to south London.

Jason Puncheon is named on the bench as Jeffrey Schlupp plays further forward with Patrick Van Aanholt at left back.

Scott Dann takes the captain’s armband for this game at The Etihad.

Leroy Sane’s goals against West Brom in midweek sees him retain his starting berth in the home line-up and Sergio Aguero starts ahead of Gabriel Jesus.
