After missing out on a place in Belgium's World Cup squad, Christian Benteke has been recalled by Roberto Martinez for their matches against Scotland and Iceland next week.
The Eagles striker had to watch from afar as the Red Devils finished third in Russia last summer after beating England twice, but he has been brought back into the fold by the former Everton boss as they aim to start their UEFA Nations League campaign with a victory in Iceland on Tuesday 11th September.
Before then, Benteke may be handed a chance to shine against Scotland at Hampden Park four days earlier as he looks to improve on his international scoring record of 11 goals in 33 caps for his country.
Belgium have been drawn in League A alongside Iceland and Switzerland as they aim to reach the Nations League Finals next June when the inaugural winners will be crowned.
