What You Need To Know About FC Helsingør

12 July 2018

The Helsingør Stadium is one of the oldest in Denmark, having been built in the 1920s. It holds about 5,000 people, but the club expect the friendly will attract around 2,000. Around 500 Palace fans are expected to fill the away end, but tickets are still available to purchase.

Live Stream Guidance & Troubleshooting

To watch the stream, you must register for a free Palace account. Register by clicking here.

We have invested significantly in our live streaming provision, and tests have been successfully completed from the Helsingør Stadium. We recommend that you access the stream as soon as possible from 16:30 BST.

If viewing on desktop, simply click here.

If viewing the stream on the Palace app, simply select ‘Palace TV’ on the bottom menu, log-in or register when prompted, then click ‘Live’. When the stream is live, press the grey box to begin the stream. It is recommended that you have a stable internet connection and that you are not switching between WiFi and 3G/4G.

If your live stream does not load, please try restarting the app. If that fails and you still cannot get the stream to load, please go to More > Settings > Link accounts > then unlink Palace TV, then link it back. You will have to log-in again from the Palace TV section, but this is a known bug fix.

If it continues to fail, please email Support from within the app, and view the stream on mobile internet/desktop at eagles.cpfc.co.uk.

Enjoy the game!
