After being granted a couple of weeks off due to his participation in the 2018 World Cup, Luka Milivojevic was back in Eagles training this week, and took some time out to answer some Twitter questions from Palace fans.
The Serbian midfielder received plenty of responses on the #AskLuka hashtag, with a mixture of serious and borderline ridiculous queries being posed to him during some downtime at the training ground in Beckenham.
One of which centred around his summer in Russia, which he admitted: “The best feeling was after the first game when we won against Costa Rica and it was nice to celebrate a big victory at the biggest tournament with our people. That was my best moment from the World Cup.”
He also responded to how he seems to be always smiling, suggesting: “There is no secret to it – I am just like that! Off the field I like to smile and be positive but on the field I don’t smile a lot because there is work to be done and we have to do our best, but off the field I try to be positive every time.
“On the pitch I am different because there is a lot of emotion and passion, and I try to do a lot for my team. That’s my job.”
