Wilfried Zaha has been included in the Ivory Coast squad for the friendly matches against Togo and Moldova during the current international break.
The Eagles winger made his first start for the club in six weeks against Huddersfield Town on Saturday and played 89 minutes at the John Smith’s Stadium, having appeared as a half-time substitute against Chelsea a week earlier after recovering from a knee injury.
That has led caretaker boss Ibrahim Kamara to select Zaha for his squad that will play both friendlies in Beauvais in northern France, which also includes Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure in his first call-up since 2015.
Kamara is standing in following the sacking of Marc Wilmots, who despite being in charge just six months paid the price for not helping the Elephants qualify for the 2018 World Cup.
Zaha has won eight caps for his country so far since his first cap in January 2017, and has netted two goals in that time.
