No New Injury Concerns For Hodgson

11 May 2018

Roy Hodgson was once again happy to report that another week of training has gone by with no fresh injury worries to contend with going into the final game against West Bromwich Albion.

Hodgson has had to contend with many injuries during the campaign but ahead of the weekend said that the only two players who missed training on Friday were long term absentees, Scott Dann and Bakary Sako.

"It’s amazing, our medical staff have done such an incredible job, we quite literally have everyone who could possibly be available albeit Connor Wickham is one we wouldn’t risk but if push comes to shove we could have done so. The only ones we don’t have are Bakary Sako and Scott Dann who are still recovering from their serious injuries," said Hodgson at his pre-match press conference.
