As the excitement increases ahead of next month’s World Cup finals in Russia, a host of Palace players will be in action for their countries during the next few weeks.
As well as Wayne Hennessey who has already played for Wales against Mexico, six other Eagles could line up for their nations, with Luka Milivojevic, Chung-yong Lee and Christian Benteke hoping to impress their respective international managers and book their places on the plane to Russia.
Meanwhile, Patrick van Aanholt and Alexander Sørloth are building up to the inaugural UEFA Nations League which starts in the autumn, and Will Donkin’s Chinese Taipei are participating in a four-team tournament in India as they look to continue their rapid rise up the FIFA World Rankings.
