New boys settle in well ahead of final prep for Everton
Copers Cope was buzzing with excitement today, as Roy Hodgson’s side put in their final preparations for the Premier League opener against Everton, before news followed later in the day about club captain Luka Milivojevic’s new deal.
Victor Camarasa, Gary Cahill and James McCarthy already looked at home in their new surroundings, with the recent additions being welcomed into the Eagles fold and clearly eager to impress enough for inclusion in the matchday squad versus the Toffees.
Wilfried Zaha was fully involved, with Hodgson revealing in his press conference that the Ivorian will be considered for selection, along with Jordan Ayew and Cheikhou Kouyaté, despite the trio’s participation in the Africa Cup of Nations.
