If you bought a Season Ticket for the 2020/21 season, following our recent communications, you are now entitled to select a refund option for the Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool, Leicester and Sheffield United fixtures.
If you wish to use your refund to support the Academy Development Project, donate your refund to Palace for Life Foundation, or claim a credit for the 2021/22 season, please read the section below and follow our step-by-step guide.
Please note this must be done no later than midnight on 27th January to be processed by mid-February. You can choose to direct refunds for each game to different options. E.g. You could claim a refund for the Brighton ticket, and donate the Newcastle United and Leeds tickets to Palace for Life Foundation.

Step-by-Step Guide to selecting your option
All 2020/21 Season Tickets that you have purchased will appear in the 'Tickets' tab of your online ticketing account. You can select a refund option for as many tickets as you wish.
Step 1. Go to your ticket account page by clicking here. Click on 'Tickets' to be taken to the selection page.
Step 2. Select the ticket(s) you want to choose an option for (only tickets in the same transaction can be donated at the same time), then click 'Select your refund Option'.
Step 3. Once you have clicked 'Select your refund option', you will be taken to a pop-up screen that will offer you the three options (Academy, Foundation, Credit). Select your preferred option and then check that the correct tickets are ticked below. You will be offered a list of all the tickets available for selection in the transaction. When you have checked that you have selected the correct tickets, click 'OK':
Step 4. Once you have selected your option, a screen will appear asking you to confirm your selection. This screen will confirm the tickets that you are choosing an option for and the option that you have selected. This is the final screen and after clicking 'OK' here, your selected option cannot be undone. Once you are happy to proceed, click 'OK'. If you need to make amends, click 'Cancel':
You will receive an email confirmation of your chosen option and your select option will be processed by the Ticketing Department after the deadline has passed on 27th January.
If you are struggling to do this online, please call the ticketing department via our dedicated refund contact number: 0203 137 1108
