HOW DO I ACCEPT MY ALLOCATED TICKET FOR A SOCIALLY DISTANCED FIXTURE?

We are looking forward to welcoming our supporters back to Selhurst Park and can’t wait to see our loyal fans back, supporting the team.

If you have been allocated a ticket for a socially distanced fixture, this step-by-step guide will show you how to accept it.

Step by Step Guide

Step 1

Please navigate to your online ticketing account (tickets.cpfc.co.uk) and log-in. Once you have logged in, please go to the 'Personal Details' tab, under your name.

Step 3

You will next see a list of tickets that are reserved for you. Select all of the tickets you wish to confirm, and then click 'Confirm reservations' in the top right-hand corner.

Step 4

The next page will display your delivery method. For this fixture, all tickets are e-tickets that should be printed at home prior to arrival.

If at all possible, supporters are strongly advised to print at home, as whilst access is possible by showing the ticket barcode on mobile phone screens, it is not 100% reliable (especially if the screen is cracked, damaged or obstructed). No reprints are available on the day.

Your tickets will have been assigned to the selected group so please do not re-assign tickets to other people. If you do, the tickets for the whole group may be invalidated.

If you are happy to continue with your purchase, please proceed to the checkout page.

Step 5

The checkout page will show you how your tickets will be paid for.

As only 2020/21 Season Ticket holders have been selected for this fixture, the only available payment method is to have the price of the ticket deducted from monies paid for your Season Ticket

E.g. if you paid £30 per game for your Season Ticket, the socially distanced fixture price will be deducted from this amount. You will be eligible for a refund on any monies left over.

Step 6

Before you can complete your purchase, you must accept the Club’s COVID-19 Spectator Code of Conduct and the ticketing terms and conditions.

Once you have done so, you can complete your purchase.

Please note, your e-tickets will only be sent to you once you have completed the COVID-19 health questionnaire. This will be sent to you within 72 hours of the fixture. Once everybody in your party has completed the questionnaire, your e-tickets will be sent to you.

We can’t wait to have you back and look forward to welcoming you to Selhurst Park soon.
