A Northern Ireland Under-17 international, Webber was handed a professional deal after featuring in the majority of the Under-18s' title-winning campaign in 2017/18.
The 'keeper was signed from Glentoran at the end of the 2015/16 campaign after spending some time on trial with Palace.
He is a good shot stopper with very good distribution and had been a regular for the Under-18s before stepping up the Development squad ahead of the 2018/19 campaign.
Webber joined Greenwich Borough on loan until the end of the 2018/19 season in January 2019.
The 'keeper then played regularly for Palace Under-23s before joining Dover Athletic on a half-season loan in January 2021. The move was curtailed by the coronavirus pandemic.
