What products do the club operate waiting list for?

When do waiting lists open for Away fixtures?

When we sell out of all available seats for away fixtures supporters who have missed out on tickets will be given the option to join a waiting list for any tickets that are returned.

How do I join a waiting list?

All waiting lists will be available to join free of charge here once the game has sold out.

Do waiting lists work off the loyalty point system?

If the fixture is sold out during a phase when the loyalty point system is still in operation and the number of supporters on the waiting list is higher than the number of returned tickets, then supporters with the highest number of loyalty points will be offered tickets first.

If the fixture sells out at the point when no loyalty points are required, then we do not use the loyalty point system, and it is based off the time and date of joining the waiting list.

Am I guaranteed a ticket if I join the waiting list?

No, all tickets are subject to availability.

How will I be notified if tickets are available to purchase?

You will be emailed from ticketsandinfo@cpfc.co.uk advising that you are able to purchase. If we are using the loyalty point system at this time you will also be advised on when your exclusive window will end.

Do I have to purchase a ticket if given the option via the waiting list?

No, you do not have to purchase if you are given the option.

How can I buy a ticket if I have been emailed?

This depends on how close to the game this is, all details on how you can purchase will be advised in the email you receive from us.

How will I receive the ticket if I purchase the day before the game?

In most cases you will be emailed a digital ticket to download to your Apple or Google wallet. In very few cases you will be asked to collect your ticket from the home ground with photo ID.
