Crystal Palace defender Alex Wynter has signed for Portsmouth on a season-long loan deal.
The versatile 20-year-old has penned a deal with the Fratton Park outfit for the duration of the 2014/15 campaign, as they look to climb out of League Two.
Wynter, who has made two senior appearances for the Eagles, moves on loan for the third time this calendar year having spent two spells away from SE25 at the back end of last season.
After joining non-league Sutton United in January, Wynter then spent the final month of last season with Colchester United, playing six games in League One to further aid his development.
He netted his first professional goal in the 4-1 victory over Brentford on 26th April during what was an impressive one-month spell in Essex.
The Croydon-born defender will now be looking to add to his professional experience on the south coast, where he is set to line-up alongside former Palace favourite Johnny Ertl.
