Whilst Julian Speroni, Joel Ward and Dwight Gayle were the big winners at the annual Awards Night, many more players and staff picked up prizes as a sensational season was celebrated at the Fairfield Halls.
Despite not winning the Player of the Year prize, skipper Mile Jedinak walked away with the Vice-Presidents Player of the Year trophy after accumulating the most post-match votes throughout the home matches this season.
There was also a fitting tribute to former chairman Ron Noades, who sadly passed away during the course of the campaign. After an emotional video tribute documenting his time at the club, his widow Novello was presented with silver salver for his years of service by legends Steve Coppell, Ian Wright and Mark Bright.
As well as picking up the top prize, Speroni was also presented with a special trophy in recognition of his decade at the club, presented by current Eagles goalkeeper coach George Wood.
Some the younger Eagles also collected prizes including Hiram Boateng who was named the Scholar of the Year as well as the Vice-Presidents' Young Player of the Year, under-18s hot-shot Corie Andrews who was Academy Player of the Year and the Oasis Shirley Park Player of the Year award was collected by Aaron Bissaka.
The Palace Ladies also took to the stage to receive the adulation of the crowd for their achievements this season which has seen them gain promotion, largely thanks to 28-goal star Jenny Kikomeko who picked up the Ladies Player of the Year in her first season at the club.
The Croydon Advertiser Fan of the Year was presented to Ryan Joy who collected the highest amount of votes in the newspaper's poll, and amongst the other award winners for club staff and students was a special award for 30 years of service which was presented to Communications Manager Terry Byfield from chairman Steve Parish.
