Young Palace goalkeeper Chris Kettings has joined League Two Stevenage on a month's loan until 12th September.
The young shot-stopper has yet to make an appearance for the Eagles' first-team but played 15 times for the development side last term on the way to the U21 Professional Development League 2 South title.
Kettings, 22, arrived in SE25 last summer after being released by Blackpool, and his time at Broadhall Lane could see him turn out for his third club in the fourth tier having previously had loan spells at Morecambe and York City earlier in his career. He has also represented Scotland at under-19 and under-21 levels.
Teddy Sheringham is currently in charge of the Boro who finished sixth in the division last season but were knocked out in the play-off semi-finals by Southend United. The former England hitman's first match in charge saw his new side fall to a 2-0 home defeat to Notts County last Saturday.
