Crystal Palace winger Sullay Kaikai has completed a deadline day season-long loan move to Championship club Brentford, where he will remain until 30th June.
The 21-year-old will be hoping to have a similar impact at Griffin Park to his temporary move to Shrewsbury Town last season, which saw him hit 12 goals in 29 appearances and finish as the Shrews’ top scorer.
That form saw him handed his Premier League debut in the final game of the season against Southampton in May, having made a scoring start to his Eagles career against Newcastle United in a League Cup tie back in September 2014.
Kaikai, an Eagles academy product, has also spent time on loan at Crawley Town and Cambridge United, and could be in contention for the Bees’ next fixture against Brighton and Hove Albion a week on Saturday. They have claimed seven points from their opening five games, and sit 14th in the table.
