Roy Hodgson has confirmed that he intends to name new signing Mamadou Sakho and long term absentee Pape Souare in his starting line-up this evening as the Eagles face Huddersfield Town in the third round of the Carabao Cup.
It would be Sakho's first game since he was stretchered off for Palace against Spurs in April during last season's loan spell, and his first as a permanent member of the squad.
Pape Souare was involved in a car crash in September 2016, and has since been in intensive rehabilitation. The left back has featured in Palace's under 23 side in recent weeks on his way back to full fitness, and a first team call up would be a monumental achievement for Souare after a gruelling 13 month absence from the first team.
Tickets are still available for the fixture, which kicks off at 7.45pm at Selhurst Park this evening.
They can be purchased by non-members as well as season ticket holders and paid members, priced at £20 for Adults and £10 for Concessions, with Under 12s free with each paying adult.
In the Holmesdale Road Stand only the Lower Tier will be open for this game.
