If you wish to buy tickets and merchandise, or watch Palace TV videos, you now need to create a new Palace account.
This new account will give you access to everything you need, so gone are the days of having multiple logins and passwords. You can also update your preferences informing us what you want to be contacted about, so you’ll keep up to date with all the news and information you want ro receive about your club.
Please spend a few minutes following the step-by-step process below.
1. Create a new account
To get started, create a new Palace account by clicking here.
2. Confirm your email & activate your account
We will send you an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with a link to confirm your email.
3. Login to your new account
Your new account is now ready to login to by clicking here.
4. Update your preferences
Let us know what you want to hear about. You can Opt-In to all communications with one click!
5. Link your current Client Ref.
If you have an existing Client Ref, link this to your new Palace account by selecting ‘Linked Accounts’ on your profile.
You can go through this process on either the Ticketing, Shop, or Palace TV sites by clicking one of the links below - and you only need to do this once.
