Duo Withdraw From International Squads

22 March 2018

Crystal Palace pair Wilfried Zaha and Alexander Sørloth have both pulled out of their respective international squads during the current international break.

Zaha has withdrawn from the Ivory Coast squad that are due to play Togo on Saturday and then Moldova on Tuesday after limping off in the final stages of Palace's 2-0 win against Huddersfield Town, and thus won't be risked by the Elephants.

Meanwhile, Sørloth missed that game with a hamstring injury and as a result has been forced to sit out Norway's matches with Australia and Albania, reducing the amount of Eagles in international action over the next two weeks to seven.
