Roy Hodgson has delivered a full update on team and injury news in his weekly press conference ahead of Crystal Palace's home game with Burnley.
The Palace manager announced that his squad have been bolstered by the return of two experienced first-team players, Scott Dann and Connor Wickham.
He said, "Scott and Connor can both play, they've been in training all week. Both are making good strides. Both have been out of top-class competitive football for some time. Connor is now back, I think it might be his first full week, but Scott has been training with us for the past two or three weeks."
However, Hodgson also restated what he said in last week's press conference on forward Christian Benteke, who has returned to the gym following an operation in October.
"We don't have any injuries other than the one to Christian, which everyone knows about. He's making very good progress so we're happy with that. Fortunately, everyone else can be considered."
He later added, "We don't think Christian's return is months away, [it's] more like weeks."
Palace host Burnley tomorrow in a 15.00 kick-off, with the two sides sitting above and below one another respectively.
