Roy Hodgson will take his Palace squad to the East Midlands to visit Championship side Nottingham Forest at the City Ground on Friday night (19 July, 19:45 BST). Palace supporters can buy tickets for the match, or alternatively purchase a Membership to watch an exclusive live broadcast on Palace TV.
Tickets for the clash are available by clicking here, priced £10 for adults and £5 for under 23s and over 65s.
The match - the first meeting between the sides since the 2-2 draw in the Championship back in December 2012 - will be shown exclusively live on Palace TV for Gold, Junior Gold and International Members if a Membership is purchased before 19:00 BST on Thursday 18 July.
As well as the majority of live pre-season games, these members will also gain access to the majority of home U23 live broadcasts in the 2019/20 season, plus a host of other benefits including priority ticket access. These memberships are priced from £45 - with season ticket holders receiving a discounted rate on Gold Memberships.
Live match broadcasts on Palace TV will no longer be made available free of charge, although all other videos (including Premier League highlights) and the manager's weekly pre-match press conferences remain available for free for all fans who register with the club.
Whether you have purchased one of these memberships or not - or if you simply have a question about the new broadcast service - we have created a comprehensive FAQ section, which can be found here.
On live broadcast matchdays, limited Live Chat support is available on eagles.cpfc.co.uk (on desktop only) for those having technical difficulty – and we will try to resolve your issue as quickly as possible. If you have any queries on non-matchdays, please call 02087686084 or 0208 7686081 or email email@example.com.
