The 28-year-old centre-back, who was part of the France squad which finished runners-up at the 2022 FIFA World Cup, appearing in the Final – joins the Eagles on loan for the rest of the 2026/27 season.
Born in the Parisian suburbs, Disasi’s senior breakthrough arrived at nearby Paris FC, before he moved to – and won the Ligue 2 title with – Reims.
His form there earned him a transfer to Monaco, where Disasi spent three seasons – scoring on his debut and making 129 appearances – before joining Chelsea in 2023.
He has since made 58 Premier League appearances across spells with Chelsea, where he lifted the UEFA Conference League; Aston Villa; and West Ham United.
Disasi has five senior caps for France and over 300 senior club matches under his belt, including 22 across the UEFA Champions League and Europa League.
