When Eagles Dare tells the extraordinary story of the Palace journey that changed the club forever – and Episode Three of the five-part documentary is now available to stream on YouTube.

Made in-house by Palace TV and first shown on Amazon Prime Video, the series looks back at the events that took Palace from the financial crisis of 2010 to the Championship play-off Final in 2013.

Episode Three, entitled Ollie, is now available on the official Crystal Palace FC YouTube channel, with a new chapter arriving at 6pm each day through to Friday (2nd October).

Palace have just missed out on promotion, Dougie Freedman has left for Championship rivals Bolton Wanderers – and Manchester United are coming for Wilfried Zaha.

Episode Three explores how Dougie laid the foundations for success – and how Holloway, in typically box-office fashion, took Palace forward.

The story behind When Eagles Dare

Whether you’ve already binged – and re-binged – When Eagles Dare or are yet to see it, the five-part series offers a unique look inside one of the most remarkable periods in Palace history.

Go behind the scenes of the fight to save the club, the formation of the CPFC 2010 consortium, Dougie Freedman’s team and Ian Holloway’s promotion-winning side, culminating in that unforgettable day at Wembley.

Exclusive interviews with the people who were there – including Chairman Steve Parish, Freedman, Holloway, Wilfried Zaha, Damien Delaney, Yannick Bolasie, Jonny Williams and Mile Jedinak – sit alongside previously unseen footage from behind the scenes.

It is a story of Palace on and off the pitch, told by the people who lived it.
