One of Palace Women's longest-serving players, Nolan has been a mainstay in South London since making the move in 2023.
The Republic of Ireland international played every league game of the 2023/24 season, as the Eagles earned promotion to the Barclays Women’s Super League for the first time.
Nolan subsequently played 12 times during the 2024/25 campaign, featuring 10 times in the WSL, before helping Palace to a second promotion last season, playing 21 games in all competitions.
Manager Jo Potter said: “Hayley is a really important member of the squad and we are delighted that she committed her future here.”
Nolan said: “I'm delighted to be signing a new deal. From the moment I joined, this club has felt like home, and I'm grateful for everything we've achieved together over the last three years.”
