We are delighted to announce Jay Denny as the team's new Assistant Coach and Tony O'Neill as the new Goalkeeping Coach, joining Annabel Johnson as the First Team Transition Coach.

Tony O'Neill
Goalkeeping Coach
Goalkeeping Coach Tony O'Neill joins the club after a season at Portsmouth, where he was the First Team Goalkeeper and Set Play Coach.
Prior to that, O'Neill worked as a Goalkeeper Coach for teams like Birmingham City, Leicester City and Calgary Wild FC.
Annabel Johnson
First Team Transition Coach
Appointed into her role as Transition Coach last year, former captain Annabel Johnson's role focuses on supporting the first team whilst also helping to transition Palace's young players into a senior environment.
As a player she helped Palace win the Barclays Women’s Championship, before retiring at the end of the 2023/24 season.
Over her five-year spell with the Eagles, the popular defender made 86 competitive appearances and captained the team for three seasons.
Jay Denny
Assistant Coach
Assistant Coach Jay Denny joins the club after a year-long spell at Aston Villa Women, where he worked as the First Team Assistant Coach.
A former United States Under-20 midfielder, Denny made over 450 appearances in the English football pyramid - representing teams like Solihull Moors, Nuneaton Borough and Shrewsbury Town.
Speaking on his appointment, Denny said: "I am absolutely thrilled to join Crystal Palace. I’m looking forward to working alongside Jo and the rest of the staff, ahead of an exciting season in the WSL."
