French defender Canvot – who won the UEFA Conference League in his first season at the club – will wear the No. 6 shirt for the upcoming campaign.
The shirt was vacated by former captain Marc Guéhi when he left for Manchester City last season.
New signing, and fellow defender, Mingueza has also had his shirt number confirmed for the 2026/27 season.
The Spain international will wear No. 30.
It is the first time the defender has worn the number at club level, but he did wear No. 3 during his four-year stint at Celta Vigo.
