We are pleased to announce the return of our Dedicated Fan Plane Trips for this season’s UEFA Europa League campaign, with a number of packages available for our first away day at Olympique Lyonnais.

Palace will travel to the Ligue 1 club in the league phase of the UEFA Europa League on Thursday, 15th October (17:45 BST / 18:45 local time).

To ensure supporters have a convenient way of attending in Lyon – travelling to the stadium and back on the day of the game, on a plane full of your fellow Palace fans, without having to spend additional money on accommodation – we are delivering a number of official supporter travel packages, in association with Sportsworld.

This will involve direct travel to Parc Olympique Lyonnais, from London Gatwick airport, via a charter plane exclusively reserved for Palace supporters.

Please note: the standard package does not include a match ticket. The Premium package includes the option to buy a Category 1 match ticket directly from the club.

Departing from Gatwick at 09:00 BST*, the direct flight will land at Lyon Airport at 10:30 local time, before a direct coach transfer to the city centre. This will allow the travelling party to sample the pre-match atmosphere and enjoy the city.

A further local coach transfer will then escort supporters to the stadium, to watch Palace’s first European away fixture of the season.

Following the match, supporters will be transferred back to the airport, with the return flight leaving at 23:50 local time on Thursday*, returning back to London Gatwick for 12:20 BST* on Friday.

*departure airports and times subject to slots and approvals/pending confirmation from air traffic control.

The standard package is available at £475 per person. This includes a return flight from London Gatwick to Lyon, private coach transfers throughout the day and on-site Sportsworld hosts to assist with any requests during your trip.

Additionally, a Premium package is available at £675 per person. This includes the option to purchase a Category 1 ticket for the match, as well as pre-match hospitality in Lyon, including refreshments, food and drinks.

Important information

All communications for the trip will be handled by Sportsworld. This includes pre-flight emails with additional instructions, plus a WhatsApp group for additional details, coordination and on-the-day logistics.
Times are subject to change. These packages are designed as a same-day return trip and involves an early departure, late return, coach transfers and walking throughout the day. If you have reduced mobility, a disability or a medical condition that may affect your ability to participate comfortably, we recommend contacting Sportsworld before booking so we can discuss your individual requirements and advise on the suitability of the trip.

Supporters can buy multiple seats on the flight. Please note, if you would like to sit together, you will need to check-in for the flight at the same time.
