Japan midfielder Daichi Kamada has been included in their squad for the upcoming 2026 Kirin Cup in Yokohama and Tokyo, as well as a duo of international friendlies.

They then face Ecuador in the semi-final of Kirin Cup. Their fourth and final game of the window will be against New Zealand or Panama, either in the third-place play-off or the final depending on the result of the first game.
Zavier Gozo could win his first cap for the USA senior team after he was selected in Mauricio Pochettino's squad.
It is the first time Gozo has been included in the senior squad, although he has represented his country at youth level, making 16 appearances for the under-20 side.
He joins defender Chris Richards, with the Americans facing four different opponents at home in international friendlies. USMNT face Peru, Chile, Mexico and Canada.
Richards will be looking to add to his 40 caps, having features in the majority of the USMNT’s games at the World Cup.
