Team News: 10 changes for Palace's Cup tie at Fulham
Pierre Sage has shuffled his pack for Crystal Palace’s Carabao Cup fourth-round tie at Fulham this evening (19:45 GMT).
The Manager has made 10 changes to the side which faced Newcastle on Sunday – with returns to the starting XI for long-term absentees Dean Henderson and Cheick Doucouré catching the eye.
Club captain Henderson has been out injured since Palace’s last trip to Craven Cottage – a 3-2 win on 5th September, some nine games ago – whilst for Doucouré, the game marks a first competitive appearance since 15th January 2025 (a 2-0 win at Leicester), and a first start since 4th January that year (a 1-1 draw at home to Chelsea).
As a result of the 10 changes, Henderson starts in goal to be protected by a back three of Jefferson Lerma, Honest Ahanor and Chris Richards – the only player not to be rotated after Newcastle.
In midfield, Doucouré partners Will Hughes, flanked by full-backs Óscar Mingueza and Ben Chilwell, who scored a match-winner on this ground with his first touch since returning to Palace last month.
Up front, Darío Osorio and Evann Guessand partner Eddie Nketiah – another to have scored at Craven Cottage for Palace recently, in a 2-1 win last season.
