Bag policy

All ticket holders are prohibited from bringing any bag into Craven Cottage unless it adheres to Fulham's regulations as outlined below. Entry of any non-compliant bags will be refused.

All bags must be smaller than an A4 piece of paper (height 297mm / 11.7 inches, width 210mm / 8.27 inches, depth 210mm / 8.27 inches).

Bags will be checked on entry and tagged. All items and bags carried by spectators will be carefully inspected upon entry to the stadium, which may include a personal wanding or pat down.

Accepted proof of eligibility for Medical Exemption Certificates:

A statement of higher or middle rate disability living allowance (DLA)
Receipt of either the Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance
Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
Qualifying annual uprating letter
The Access Card (Details available from www.accesscard.org.uk)
Registration document which certifies that you are Registered Blind or Partially Sighted
Veterans Agency letter confirming War Disablement Pension
A personal letter outlining your access requirements from your hospital specialist (within reasonable date)
If you are resident outside of UK, please use equivalent documentation.

The above is not exhaustive, and Fulham do consider each application on a case-by-case basis.

There is no definitive list of items that can or cannot be brought into the stadium. Stewards will use their own judgement to assess items and a Left Luggage facility is available in the event that you have an item with which can’t be brought inside.

This Bag Drop facility is located at the Ormiston Bridge Academy on Greswell Street (open three hours prior to kick-off at 12:00 BST and two hours after the match has finished).

A payment (card only) of £5 will be charged for all items, other than prams, buggies and mobility aids, which will be exempt from any charge. All proceeds will be donated to Fulham FC Foundation.

Fulham will permit flags on poles and banners.

Points to note

Supporters are reminded to keep off the pitch at all times. Perpetrators may be prosecuted.
For the safety of all supporters, it is illegal to use flares, flash bangs and other pyrotechnics at the stadium.
Smoking or the use of e-cigarettes is not permitted anywhere across the stadium campus.
Craven Cottage operates a no re-entry policy. If you leave the stadium for any reason during the match, you will not be allowed to return.

Persistent standing is not permitted at Craven Cottage. Fulham understand that fans may stand during exciting moments in the game, but respectfully ask that all supporters make every effort to remain seated during play. Persistent standing impedes the view of fellow fans, particularly senior supporters and younger children, and can lessen their enjoyment of the game.
If you encounter any problems with behaviour or language, please speak directly with a steward so that positive action can be taken or utilise the FULSTOP text messaging service by texting FULHAM, plus details of the incident, to 60066.

Tickets and entry to Craven Cottage

Turnstiles open 90 minutes before kick-off (13:30 BST).

All tickets for this fixture will be in paper format, and will be posted to the payment owner.

Please note away tickets are non-transferable. If you are unable to attend the game you can obtain a refund for your ticket(s) up to 24 hours before kick off.

Anyone found transferring tickets without the club’s consent will be banned from purchasing future away games.

Visiting fans tickets are located in the Putney End, with entrances on Stevenage Road on the side closest to Bishop's Park.

If you require extra help accessing the stadium then please visit Gate 1, which is located immediately to the left of the red brick turnstile block, as you face the entrances. A member of Fulham's Access Stewarding team will be pleased to assist you with entry and if required access to your seat. The Access team are easily identifiable in green jackets.

A steward is located at each gate to help with any queries. If your ticket is damaged, or entry is denied, then the best course of action is to visit the stadium Ticket Office in the Johnny Haynes Stand for further assistance.

Please note that for the 2026/27 season Fulham FC are operating a 100% search policy.

Supporters who have any accessibility issues with searches and require a reasonable adjustment during the search, are advised to make the steward aware of this before the search.

Getting to Craven Cottage

Craven Cottage is accessible via all major transport links. Make your way from nearby London Underground stations, Putney rail station, or the local bus stops. There's even a ferry to Putney Wharf for those wanting to travel from the City.

Underground: The closest station to Craven Cottage is Putney Bridge (Zone 2), approximately a 10 – 20 min walk from the stadium. However, all supporters should note that there is no district line service between Edgware Road and Wimbledon on Saturday, meaning this station will be closed. TFL instead recommends traveling to Hammersmith and walking from there. Craven Cottage is roughly a 20 – 40 min walk north-west of the stadium. There are two Hammersmith Underground stations, one serving the Hammersmith & City & Circle Lines and the other serving the Piccadilly Line and the District Line.
Rail: The closest mainline railway station to Craven Cottage is Putney, located on Putney High Street, south of the River Thames. Exit the station and turn right, continue walking until you reach Putney Bridge at the end of the high street. Cross the bridge, go down the stairs on the left-hand side of the road to enter Bishop's Park. Once you've entered the park follow the path along the river until you reach Craven Cottage. The station is 25-30 min walk from the stadium, passing many shops, bars and ATM machines en route.
Coach: We have one supporter coach booked for this fixture, with a departure time of 11:30 BST from Selhurst Park, and a cost of £30 per seat.
Bus: From Kingston-upon-Thames bus station - Take either the number 85 or C4 bus to Putney Bridge. The ground is approximately 10 - 15 min walk from Putney Bridge. From Hammersmith - Catch the following bus which run down Fulham Palace Road: 220.
Car: Parking around Craven Cottage is extremely limited and access to the surrounding streets on a matchday is restricted by a Traffic Management Order. Fulham do have limited parking availability on matchdays. Parking spaces are generally restricted to blue badge holders and are on a first come first serve basis and are subject to availability. There is a one-hour maximum stay policy for non-residential pay and display visitors between 9am and 9.30pm on all Monday to Sunday matchdays, including Bank Holidays.
