Palace are looking to make it two wins from two league phase games when they travel to the Parc Olympique Lyonnais, with kick-off on Thursday at 18:45 local time (17:45 BST).
Ahead of Thursday’s game in France, supporters can find important information surrounding the trip below.
We would encourage supporters to leave enough time to arrive at the Parc Olympique Lyonnais via the designated route detailed below, to ensure smooth entry into the stadium.
Tickets
Tickets are now sold out for this fixture.
Tickets will be distributed by Crystal Palace Football Club from Monday to Tuesday as PDFs, via email.
If supporters have not received their ticket by 09:00 BST on Wednesday (14th October), please contact the Box Office.
Travelling to the stadium
All visiting supporters are required – in accordance with an official order issued by the French government – to go to the Eurexpo Lyon meeting point.
From there, shuttle buses will directly transfer all Palace supporters to the stadium.
Anyone not arriving on these buses will not be allowed access to the away section at the Parc Olympique Lyonnais.
Local police will stop any visiting supporters travelling on alternative routes.
The meeting point for shuttle buses at the Eurexpo will be ‘West Entrance P2’. From here, buses will transfer directly to the stadium.
The Eurexpo will be accessible from 16:00 CEST. Match tickets will be checked before supporters board the buses.
The first bus will depart at 16:30 CEST, with the last shuttle leaving at 18:15 CEST. The journey time to the stadium from Eurexpo is around 15 minutes.
Following the game, visiting supporters will be asked to wait in the stands for a maximum time of one hour. Direct shuttle buses will then be available to return supporters to the Eurexpo meeting point.
Please note that disabled supporters, or supporters with a Category 1 ticket, are not included in this and are able to make their own way to the stadium.
How to access the meeting point
The public transportation company in Lyon is called TCL.

Supporters can access the Eurexpo meeting point from The Grange Blanche station (Metro Line D), take the tramline toward Eurexpo. The journey should take around 20 minutes.
Supporters bringing a car to the Eurexpo are asked to park in Lot P2 at the venue (west entrance).
This car park is free and will be open from 16:00.
