The brand-new Crystal Palace official online shop is now LIVE.
At the forefront of our new store is an improved purchase journey, featuring greater speed, reliability and personalisation options, with Apple and Google pay options providing supporters with quick and convenient payment options when checking out.
The streamlined journey now allows supporters to purchase key items within seconds – reducing the number of clicks required by 50%.
The optimised mobile experience, with a sleek revamped design, means it’s now easier to shop for your favourite Palace items on the go, wherever you are in the world.
Powered by Shopify, a global leading e-commerce platform, the new store has been designed with supporters at the heart of the experience — whether you’re on the move, or shopping from the comfort of your own home.
With Shopify, users can also take advantage of the Shop app, a shopping assistant that helps improve order tracking and delivery updates.
See your shirt before you order
Our new product personalisation portal will provide an enhanced experience when choosing exactly how you want your Palace shirt to look.
Fans can personalise all three of our 26/27 kits with their own names or they can add names and numbers from the Men's and Women's team squads, as well as choosing between Palace, Premier League or WSL font. Plus, supporters can now use the new visual preview to see exactly what their finished shirt will look like before completing their purchase.
Additionally, as part of the full visual revamp, the store now features new model imagery throughout, showcasing all the latest Palace products and bringing various collections to life.
Account verification
As part of the move to our new online store, supporters must have a verified email to complete an order.
Once logged in, supporters with an unverified email associated to their Palace account will see be asked to do so as part of the checkout process.
Alternatively, supporters can verify their account now by heading to their profile on CPFC.co.uk. Once there, you will see a verification message with a ‘Resend’ button.
Simply select ‘Resend’ to receive a verification email, which will contain instructions on how to complete the process.
Please note that the link within the verification email will expire after 24 hours, so supporters should complete the verification process within this timeframe.
