Tickets for Crystal Palace’s UEFA Europa League tie away to Lyon will go on sale from 10:00 BST tomorrow (Wednesday, 23rd September) to qualifying supporters.
Palace will travel to the French side on Thursday, 15th October (17:45 BST, 18:45 local time) for our second game in the league phase – and our first European away fixture of the 2026/27 season.
The game will be played at Lyon’s Parc Olympique Lyonnais – also known as the Groupama Stadium – with an away allocation of just under 3,000 Palace supporters.
Supporters must read the information in full below before purchasing their ticket.

Phase 1: Wednesday 23rd September, 10:00 via all methods Season Ticket Holders and Members with 11,500+ Loyalty Points
Phase 2: Wednesday 23rd September, 12:00 via all methods Season Ticket Holders and Members with 9,000+ Loyalty Points
Phase 3: Wednesday 23rd September, 14:00 via all methods Season Ticket holders and Members 7000+ points required
Phase 4: Wednesday 23rd September, 16:00 via all methods Season Ticket holders and Members 5000+ points required
Phase 5: Thursday 24th September, 10:00 via all methods Season Ticket holders and Members 3000+ points required
Phase 6: Thursday 24th September, 12:00 via all methods Season Ticket+ Holders no points required
Phase 7: Thursday 24th September, 14:00 via all methods Season Ticket Holders and Members no points required
It is strongly recommended that supporters only purchase a ticket if they are certain they can attend the game.
Tickets are strictly non-transferrable. Anyone found transferring tickets without the club’s consent will be banned from purchasing for future European fixtures.
Any supporter not using their ticket for this fixture may be blocked from purchasing future tickets for European fixtures. All ticket entries will be checked after the fixture has finished.
We understand that circumstances can change after supporters have purchased tickets; in this instance, please contact the Box Office as soon as possible.
All cancellations and refund requests must be received no later than Monday, 12th October 17:30 BST.

Ticket delivery will either be via a PDF print at home ticket or via collection in Lyon. This will be confirmed in due course.
Tickets will be priced at £22 each for all age bands.
Supporters who require wheelchair access will be situated in block 21. Away from the Palace Supporters who are in the upper tier.
Supporters who require seating during the game have the option to purchase a Category 1 seat in block 12. These seats are within the home section and will cost £45 per ticket. To purchase a Category 1 ticket please call the box office.
Please note, all PA tickets will be required to be paid for.
The stadium is located approximately eight miles from the city centre. The Club is working closely with the local authorities and local police to finalise arrangements for transporting visiting supporters to and from the stadium.
