Las Blancas did not take long to make an impact on the European stage.
In their very first official season (2020-21), they finished runners-up in Liga F to earn an immediate spot in the UEFA Women's Champions League.
They then reached the quarter-final of the Champions League the following season, losing to arch-rivals Barcelona 8-3 on aggregate.
