Potter on Brighton: We respect the rivalry
Jo Potter has emphasised the importance of a good result on Sunday, where her Palace side take on Brighton & Hove Albion away from home.
She discussed Palace's busy schedule, the importance of the rivalry, and what she is expecting against Brighton in Sunday's Barclays Women's Super League fixture.
Speaking in her pre-match press conference, she first reflected on Palace's decent away form so far.
Potter said: "You're going into each game with the same mentality. No matter where we're playing, whether it's at home or away, you want to win your home games and be hard to beat, but you've got to have that mentality away as well.
"It is just about trying to be consistent with those messages and the processes that we go through."

The team are midway through an intense block of fixtures, with Palace playing nine games in the space of five weeks.
Potter spoke about the challenges that the busy schedule presents, as well as the potential benefits.
"It's very tiring! It's unheard of to have this amount of games at the start of the season and being so front-loaded.
"We obviously don't have the same amount of players that the top four, five, six do, but that's the nature of the beast, and I'm not saying that I'd want that amount of players either.
"You're just hoping and praying that all players can stay fit and healthy and come through unscathed.
"But it has its bonuses, there's a lot of match fitness early in the season to hit some rhythm, but also you can lose a few games and it can dent a little bit of confidence. So it's a fine balance," she said.

Brighton find themselves in ninth-place under new head coach Arturo Ruiz. Potter gave her thoughts on his style of play, as well as the importance of a victory on Sunday.
She said: "Arturo has definitely brought in a more defensive structure and a shape to how they play.
"You can see that they're really working hard and getting drilled in what they look like out of possession because previously they were very much a dominant in-possession team and free-flowing.
"They've still got some of the rotations that they had previously, but they definitely have more of a structured, disciplined, out-of-possession shape now.
"This is a derby and you can see what it means to the fans and I think we have to treat that with the utmost respect because we feel the exact same.
"You never want to get beaten by your rivals, so that's always an extra incentive. That rivalry is there between these two teams and we have to absolutely respect that and live up to it."
Palace face another derby next weekend, where we take on South London rivals Charlton Athletic at home, with kick-off set for 14:00 GMT on Sunday, 8th November.
