The first league fixture at Selhurst Park in 2026/27 was originally set for Saturday, 29th August.
However, it will now take place on Friday, 28th August, with a new kick-off time of 20:00 BST. The game will be broadcast live in the United Kingdom on Sky Sports.
This means Pierre Sage’s home debut as Palace Manager will now take place under the lights in SE25. City are also under new management, with Enzo Maresca having replaced Pep Guardiola last month.
With further broadcast selections finalised, dates and kick-off times for Palace’s games away to Fulham and at home to Ipswich Town have also been confirmed.
Our trip to Craven Cottage remains scheduled for Saturday, 5th September (15:00 BST), while Ipswich will visit Selhurst Park the following week on Saturday, 12th September (15:00 BST).
