“I’ve had difficult moments," Kamada reflected. "But I have made such good memories here and I am so proud to play for Palace.
"I think I can still improve a lot, I try to give my all every day and I try to be a better player. I can show my quality more for the Palace fans and hopefully we can win more titles together.”
While success in his first two years has given the Japanese international belief, Kamada reiterates the importance of going through difficult moments, which has aided his development.
“When I first joined, the first five or six months were tough for me. As a team we struggled, and personally I didn’t play a lot.
"It was a tough moment, but now we have won three trophies together and I have more confidence as a player."
Having joined Palace in 2024, it’s the hard work and resilience that the midfielder believes to be pivotal in such a successful period in South London.
