Daichi Kamada and Chris Richards will get their first minutes since the World Cup, with both players in from the start
Richards will be alongside Jaydee Canvot and Borna Sosa in defence, while Rio Cardines starts his third game of the tournament.
Tyrick Mitchell is also in the starting XI, with Will Hughes again taking the captain's armband.
In attack, Matheus França will support Eddie Nketiah. Ismaïla Sarr is on the substitutes bench and could have his first run out of pre-season.
Should the game be level at full-time it will go straight to penalties.
