The Eagles make the short trip to Craven Cottage on Saturday, returning to league action after an eight-day gap.
Ismaïla Sarr missed the defeat to Manchester City at Selhurst Park last time out and will not be available for this one. However, Sage has no fresh injury concerns for the trip to west London.
“Sarr needs time to recover," he told his pre-match press conference. "He is injured at the moment."
When asked about Jean-Philippe Mateta's availability, Sage added: "They cannot play. As I said last time, Mateta is injured, now for three weeks.
“Everyone else, apart from our long-term injuries; Chadi [Riad] and [JP] Mateta, every other player has recovered well.”
Sage also has fresh options at his disposal after four players signed on transfer deadline day, with Honest Ahanor, Ben Chilwell, Quinten Timber and Darío Osorio all arriving.
When asked about their arrival, Sage said: "We are happy with the four players who signed at the end.
“We have enough players. We did what we decided to do – that’s a success."
