Season Ticket+ holders
- Can transfer their additional guest ticket to a Palace ticketing account holder in their Friends and Family list
- Tickets MUST be transferred no later than 24 hours before kick-off
Season Ticket holders
- Can purchase a ticket on behalf of a Member using the Member's Client Reference Number
- Tickets MUST be allocated to a Member at the point of purchase
Sales Phases
All sale phases are subject to availability.
Unless stated otherwise, supporters can purchase online from 10:00 BST on the below dates, and via all other methods from 14:00.
- Monday, 2nd November – Gold Members, Junior Gold Members and Season Ticket+ Holders. 1 ticket purchasable per Member/Season Ticket+ Holder. Season Ticket+ Holders can purchase 1 ticket each under their own Client Reference Number, which they then must transfer to another supporter with a Palace ticketing account.
- Thursday, 5th November – Adult Members, Junior Members and International Members. 1 ticket purchasable per Member.
- Tuesday, 10th November – Guest Ticket(s) available to purchase for all Season Ticket+ Holders, Season Ticket Holders and Members.
- Monday, 7th December – Ticket Resale open to all Season Ticket+ Holders, Gold Members and Junior Gold Members.
- Tuesday, 8th December – Ticket Resale open to all Adult Members, Junior Members and International Members.
