This season, the Premier League will implement updated ticketing requirements, meaning each ticket sold must be registered to the supporter using it on matchday.
As a result, the following changes have been implemented for the new campaign.
Ticketing Accounts
As in previous seasons, supporters with a Season Ticket+ or Membership will be able to purchase at least one match ticket per Client Reference Number in their applicable sales phase, depending on the category of the match.
However, moving forwards, each individual supporter attending a match must have a Palace ticketing account to be allocated or sent a valid ticket.
Palace ticketing accounts are free, and simple to set up. Simply click here to sign up (or to login to an existing account).
When Purchasing Tickets
Season Ticket+ Holders
In the initial sales phase, Season Ticket+ Holders can still purchase a ticket for a guest, but tickets must be transferred to the attending supporter(s) no later than 24 hours before kick-off.
Season Ticket+ Holders can also still purchase additional tickets if sales reach the Guest Ticket(s) phase; however, these tickets must be allocated to the attending supporter(s) at the point of purchase.
To find out how to transfer tickets, please see the instructions below under ‘How to transfer tickets’.
Any purchased matchday tickets which have not been transferred 24 hours prior to kick-off time will not be active and will not scan at the turnstiles.
In this instance, the supporter with the inactive ticket will need to visit the Box Office on matchday to provide their details and, if they do not have one already, set up a Palace ticketing account. If the inactive ticket holder is attending the Box Office on their own, they must know the name, address and Client Reference Number of the Season Ticket+ Holder who purchased the ticket on their behalf.
