Tottenham Hotspur Women have undergone a remarkable rise through the divisions over the past decade. Originally formed in 1985 as Broxbourne Ladies, they adopted the Tottenham Hotspur identity in 1991.
Their watershed moment came in the 2018/19 season, when a second-place finish in the then-named FA Women’s Championship secured a first-ever promotion to the WSL, where they have remained ever since.
Spurs had a memorable run to their first-ever Women’s FA Cup final in May 2024. They upset the odds by knocking out Manchester City in the quarter-final, before a dramatic semi-final victory over Leicester City at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium earned them a trip to Wembley.
Under Head Coach Martin Ho, they have gone from strength to strength and will be looking to build on an impressive fifth-place finish last season.
