Beat The Queues And Get Here Early

6 October 2012

We are now just hours away from the first Family Day of the new season, sponsored by The Advertiser, for our game against Burnley on Saturday, kick-off 3pm.

The attendance is set to be the biggest crowd of the season so don't miss any of the build up and make sure you get to the game early as the fun starts at 12.30pm.

Local roadworks around the stadium and the increased attendance will mean heavy traffic so we advise you to set out to the stadium earlier than normal.

The fun packed events are always a popular part of our family days and this one is no exception as we open the interactive area in the Directors Car Park from 12.30pm for a whole host of activity for Palace fans of all ages. So don't miss any of the entertainment as the pre-match activities are the perfect starter to a packed menu against Burnley.

This really is a day where the next generation of Palace fans have a chance to come along to the game and enjoy the whole day for just £1 when a junior ticket is purchased with an adult ticket.

This offer will be available right through until the day prior to the game and is not to be missed as for this price under 18s have the opportunity to get involved in with the club prior to the match as we offer a whole host of activities.

The CPFC Foundation department will once again be offering a range of games for you to test your sporting skills and in the CPFC Study Centre will be setting up a learning zone in association with Apple so even though you will be out of school you can still keep learning.

Add a bit of colour to your day by taking the chance to get your face painted in the famous red and blue stripes to help support the team and check out some of gifts the younger ones can buy with their pocket money as the club shop and box office come together at their own mobile unit.

While Palace fans who are feeling really competitive can take part in either football, boxing or the gladiators challenge.

Kayla The Eagle has confirmed she will be flying her nest at Eagle Heights that morning to join her friends at the Family Day and you can meet her and have a photo taken pre-match around the interactive area.

The Jamie Dixon Primary School Band are back by popular demand and will be performing for us so come along and be part of their caribbean flavour for the day.

She will be joined by Pete and Alice The Eagle and of course meeting the fans will be the Palace Cheerleaders as they warm up for their routine on the pitch with a visit to the interactive area prior to kick-off.

From 2.30pm in the stadium there will be a guest performance from ‘Rough Copy’ who have made their way through to the judges' houses stage of the 2012 X Factor competition. The three man group will be performing pre-match and at half time.

These will also be the performance times for the Crystal Girls and during half time we will be introducing Palace Ladies, Academy under 10s and the Foundation onto the pitch for special drills and skills demonstrations.

Tickets can be booked by ringing the box office on 08712 00 00 71 and to personal callers at the stadium box office from 9am on Saturday or by CLICKING HERE to book online.
