Social Round Up: Pre-season Begins

The Crystal Palace players returned to first-team training this week, travelling up to the national team's St George's Park complex for a week of pre-season preparation.

Some players were afforded some extra time off, like Mile Jedinak and James McArthur, as they had spent the summer break on international duty. Whilst Adrian Mariappa is still away with the Jamaican national team.

The Eagles' stars have been active on social media over the past week, as they post about the end of holidays, return to action or - in McArthur's case - new contracts.
