Patrick van Aanholt will miss Crystal Palace's game against Watford, having sustained an ankle injury in the victory over West Bromwich Albion two weeks ago.
The left-back, who was named Player of the Month for February, was stretchered off with an ankle issue after taking a shot against the Baggies. Despite how it looked, the injury is not as bad as feared and the 26-year-old should be back in contention following the international break.
"I think from last time when we played at West Brom, Patrick van Aanholt is our only injury casualty from then - with his ankle," Sam said during his pre-match press duties.
"He's moving forward quite quickly. But it's just Patrick missing from the squad that went to West Brom.
"Loic's not fit yet, he's still training. He's due to join in with the squad during the international week next week."
Sam also suggested Remy would be fit after next week's break, whilst Patrick will continue to take it day by day.
