Ruben Loftus-Cheek Wins Fans Man Of The Match Vote

19 November 2017

Ruben Loftus-Cheek returned to Premier League action after his international experience with another Man Of The Match performance as he came out number one in a twitter vote by the fans following the 2-2 draw against Everton.

His shot in the opening minute of the game produced a save from Jordan Pickford, which the goalkeeper could only push out to the feet of James McArthur to give the home side the early lead.

Through the ninety minutes his all round play saw him create the second most chances in the game and he recorded the third best passing accuracy for Roy Hodgson’s side with 86%.

His performance was recognised by the fans, with 48% of those who voted in our Twitter poll choosing the England international.

Just under 2,500 fans registered their vote. Congratulations Ruben.
