What is a Season Ticket?
A Season Ticket guarantees you the same seat at Selhurst Park for every home league match. It’s the most cost-effective way of attending league games at Selhurst Park.
Can I share a Season Ticket?
Season Tickets are non-transferable.
Do you sell children’s Season Tickets?
Yes, we sell children’s Season Tickets everywhere except in the gallery seating in the first three rows of the Upper Holmesdale Stand.
We have limited under-10s discounted tickets available in select areas; for more information and availability email the box office.
Do I have to have a Season Ticket to watch a game?
To guarantee a seat at every game, yes. However, you can become a Member which will give you the option to buy individual match tickets, subject to availability.
Do you offer any payment options for Season Tickets?
What if I buy a Season Ticket and change my mind mid-season?
Season Tickets are non-refundable. In event of exceptional circumstances, you will need to explain your reason in writing and address it to:

Does my Season Ticket guarantee me a seat at all football matches at Selhurst Park?
No, a Season Ticket only guarantees a seat for home League matches.
Can I buy a Season Ticket at any point in the season?
Season Tickets will remain on sale until they are fully sold out.
Can I buy multiple Season Tickets under my name?
Whilst you can buy multiple Season Tickets, you cannot buy them all under one name. Each Season Ticket holder will need to create their own Palace One Account, and will be provided a unique client reference number.
Will I automatically be a Member if I am a Season Ticket holder?
No, to access the benefits available to Members you would need to purchase a separate Membership.
Will a Season Ticket include away matches?
No, Season Tickets only include home league matches; away tickets need to be purchased separately.
When will I receive my Season Ticket when I join?
If you’re renewing a Season Ticket in the same age bracket and the same seat you’re currently in – keep your current Season Ticket. It will be updated to have your 19/20 Season Ticket added to it.
If you’re a new Season Ticket holder, your card will be posted to the address listed on your account before the start of the season.
Will my Season Ticket include access to a lounge?
Not all stands at Selhurst Park have lounges, so your Season Ticket does not guarantee you access to one. However, all Season Ticket holders will have access to a bar and a food kiosk.
Do I need to have a purchase history to buy a Season Ticket?
No, you do not need to have a purchase history to buy a Season Ticket at Selhurst Park.
What is Family Pricing?
To qualify for Family Pricing, there must be at least one under 18 to a maximum of 2 adults.
